Situation : L'appartement est situé à côté du village de Saint Paul. A proximité se trouve tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Une courte promenade vous mènera aux bords de Seine, à l'Île Saint Louis, la cathédrale Notre-Dame ou la rive gauche (un nouveau monde). Restez sur la rive droite et vous êtes à seulement quelques minutes de marche du Louvre, du Musée Carnavalet, de la Place des Vosges et de la Bastille.

Description : Confortable deux pièces, parfait pour une ou deux personnes, situé dans une rue tranquille du Marais, un quartier magnifique, riche et animé de la plus belle ville dans le monde.

Avec une petite cuisine très fonctionnelle, une salle de bain récemment rénovée avec des carreaux de porcelaine beige et un puit de lumière dans la douche, la chambre à coucher dispose d’un mur en pierres apparentes, offrant un rappel élégant des poutres apparentes et des origines très anciennes de l’appartement. Nous sommes également très près de trois différentes stations de métro incluant la station "Saint Paul" (ligne 1) qui permet d’aborder Paris de façon très simple.

Un concierge personnel vous accueillera à votre arrivée, pour la remise des clés et la présentation détaillée de l'appartement, et se rendra disponible tout au long de votre séjour (24/7) pour toute question ou conseil. Un service de chauffeur de et vers l'aéroport est également disponible (le chauffeur vous attendra à la sortie de la douane avec une pancarte portant votre nom - 90€/1 ou 2 personnes).

Ce que j’aime le plus dans cet appartement ?
De la grande porte voûtée donnant sur la rue à la cour pavée en passant par le vieil escalier de service, cet appartement est une invitation au voyage (...dans le temps). Il n’est pas d’endroit plus charmant que le vieux Paris, entouré de calme et disposant de tout le confort.

We stayed in this pretty Marais apartment just after our wedding in September and as the first stop off on our honeymoon it could not have been more perfect. It is located in a blissfully romantic area of Paris and the building is architecturally stunning. The apartment is compact, just the right size for two and has all mod cons. It is bright and airy and the decor makes this a very comfy place to stay. My favourite thing about this bijou was being able to open the lovely French windows in the morning and to look out past the bright red geraniums into a typical Parisian courtyard whilst eating croissant. Heaven

Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

We stayed in this great apartment in September. It is cosy and quiet and well equipped. The bathroom is a bit on the small side but this is Paris and we managed very well. We loved the old building and the quaint courtyard but above all, the terrific location. The choce of transport, restaurants,shops and parks in the immediate neighbourhood made our stay all that we hoped for. Wonderful memories.

We stayed in this apt. in mid October 2010. We found it to be everything stated in the ad and then some. It was clean and had everything you need for a great stay. Bed was very comfortable. Our concierge, Mathias was helpful and always available. Having him there was a great asset to staying here. It was close to cafes and walking distance to the Seine or Notre Dame. This was our first time to PAris and I couldnt have picked a better location or apt. Ill never stay in a hotel again. The only thing I could recommend is that they get a clothes dryer as well as the washer. PS: leave blow dryer at home, they have one. Thanks Jim, Marc and Mathias. Great trip!

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for ten days in April and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment is in an old historic building (1546) in a perfect location on a quiet street in a bustling Marais neighbourhood. All the amenities are close at hand - excellent metro and bus services and a great supermarket round the corner. Notre Dame, the Louvre, St. Germain, in fact most of the major sights are within walking distance. Place des Vosges, the most beautiful square in Paris is just up the street, the Seine just down the street. The area has great restaurants, cafes and shops from the most expensive to the cheap and cheerful. The apartment itself is bright and airy, looking on to a lovely quiet courtyard. It is well equipped and maintained and very comfortable. In fact, I can think of nothing more lovely than sitting there in the evening after a great day's sightseeing with the soothing sound of wonderful cello playing (from a neighbour) wafting through the open windows. This is the real Paris. We can't wait for a return visit in the autumn.
