Location : Situé dans le Village Saint Paul, quartier le plus ancien et le plus coloré de Paris, cet appartement offre une vue imprenable sur la Seine et l'île Saint Louis. Il se trouve à un bloc seulement de la ligne 1 du métro, offrant ainsi un accès facile à la plupart des monuments historiques de la ville, de l'Opéra Bastille au Louvre, en passant par les Champs-Elysées.

Description : Au quatrième étage, avec ascenseur, d'un immeuble du XIXe siècle, cet appartement dispose d’une climatisation centrale. Les 31 mètres carrés (336 pieds carrés) de cet appartement sont baignés de lumière en raison des trois grandes fenêtres orientées plein sud. Les planchers de chêne ancien ont été joliment restaurés. Les cuisine et salle de bain sont recouvertes de carreaux de porcelaine élégante qui font écho aux teintes pâles d'un mur de calcaire parisien du dix-septième siècle, dont une partie est exposée dans une niche décorative. Des zones de stockage adéquates pour les bagages et les vêtements rendent cet appartement confortable et pratique quelle que soit la durée du séjour. Le mobilier comprend un canapé-lit confortable vous permettant d’accueillir une troisième personne, une table, quatre chaises et un bureau avec connexion Internet à haut débit. Les niches en tête du lit sont équipées d'interrupteurs pour lampes de lecture et d’un radio-réveil numérique. L'unité dispose également d’un téléviseur à écran plat (CNN, BBC & autres chaînes premium ), d’une machine à laver, d’un sèche linge, d’un lave-vaisselle et de la vaisselle.

Un concierge personnel vous accueillera à votre arrivée, pour la remise des clés et la présentation détaillée de l'appartement, et se rendra disponible tout au long de votre séjour (24/7) pour toute question ou conseil. Un service de chauffeur de et vers l'aéroport est également disponible (le chauffeur vous attendra à la sortie de la douane avec une pancarte portant votre nom - 90€/1 ou 2 personnes).

Amazing, charming and romantic! This was my first time in Paris and what a wonderful place for our honeymoon. From booking to departure this studio was the best choice. Location fantastic steps away from the Metro, Food store, and Restaurants not to mention the view. Mathias was fabulous, his recommendations of restaurants and river cruise was spot on. He made our stay even more enjoyable than we ever could have imagined. The apartment was just the right size for two. Kitchen and bathroom updated beautifully even a towel warmer. Washer and dryer a big plus. Also the building has an elevator small but better than walking up 4 floors at the end of a long day. This unit has absolutely nothing missing. Thank you all so very much for everything Audey, Rick, Jim, and most of all Mathias. We hope to return very soon

The Rue Charlemagne apartment is perfect for two persons. Clean, light and airy, all of the appliances work well and are easy to use. It is also quite a romantic room. The concierge, Mathias, is really great. I could not recommend the place more.

My wife and I stayed here for 8 days on our honeymoon. It's a lovely little apartment, ideally situated for many of the key sites and destinations of Paris (many are within walking distance, and the Metro stop is right outside the back door). Everything is functional and comfortable, and much nicer than a hotel room! Everyone we dealt with (Jim, Audey, Matthias, and Victor) were extremely courteous, helpful and professional, and Jim dealt with the one issue we had in a prompt and gracious manner.

This apartment is FANTASTIC. Steps from subway, the siene, everything you'd want or need. Very light and bright with lovely views of Paris. Jim supplies everything you could possibly need: from a safe, to a nice umbrella, to guidebooks and extra blankets. There's WIFI and a flat screen TV and a totally lovely kitchen and bath. We LOVED it. Couldn't have been a more perfect getaway. The concierge service made the whole transition flawless. Thank you, thank you! We will be back!!!

Studio Charlemagne is a sweet & cozy apartment; I actually think it is much prettier in person w/it's soft hues & beautiful lighting - just perfect for a couple. The view both day & night was really beautiful. There is even a lovely wine bar w/very friendly staff on the 1st floor - which is really fun to 'come home to' after a long day on your feet. You can leave your Paris books at home; there is a little library of travel bks in the apt. The washer/dryer worked great for me as I was living out of one carry on for a week in Europe! What stands out the most though would be Jim's staff. From booking (Audey) to departure; everyone was SO helpful (we were sorta nervous Paris 1st timers) Marc was fantastic. Hope to be back sooner than later.

I could not have been happier. The location was perfect, so close to the metro and to the bakeries and shops in the Marais. We could walk to Notre Dame every morning, and come back to the apartment for a picnic dinner. It was a perfect location for a parisian vacation. I am spoiled forever.

Our recent stay in Studio Charlmagne was fabulous. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything that's happening on rue St. Antoine, yet with all the quiet and privacy one could wish for. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We recommend this apartment without hesitation, and would love to stay here again on our next trip to Paris.
