Ce que j’aime le plus dans cet appartement ?
C'est différent - la combinaison de lumière, de calme et d’espace est extrêmement rare à Paris. Il est moderne mais pas Spartiate - la rénovation récente est sobre, belle et confortable. 
L’appartement se trouve dans charmant quartier authentique de Paris: juste en bas de la rue se trouve le marche dynamique d'Aligre où tous les matins (sauf le lundi), les magasins de quartier proposent des viandes merveilleuses, des poissons, des fruits, des légumes, du fromage et des friandises qui font de Paris une des destination phare pour tous ceux qui aiment la bonne chaire.

Le client idéal pour cet appartement ?
Une grande famille, sachant qu’il y a suffisamment d'espace pour accueillir 6 à 7 personnes. Les parents occuperont la chambre de maîtres alors que les enfants, les amis ou la belle-famille pourront avoir leur propre endroit.

Situation : L’appartement se trouve dans un quartier "branché" (près du célèbre marché d'Aligre) offrant étourdissement, confort et une expérience authentique d’un quartier à la mode.

Description : Immense appartement Parisien moderne et impeccable. Ancienne usine de café du 19ème siècle entièrement rénovée, offrant aujourd’hui un fabuleux mélange de détails historiques (poutres d'acier et de bois) et modernes, agrémenté d’équipements de qualité.

Baigné de soleil, bénéficiant d’un calme absolu, assez grand pour accommoder toute une famille avec de jeunes enfants, cet appartement est unique en son genre. 

Au 1er étage, vous entrez dans une vaste zone de vie avec un long comptoir de cuisine en acier inoxydable qui donnant sur le grand salon / salle à manger avec cheminée et puits de lumière. La chambre principale est grande, avec une salle de bain complète (bain et douche). Séparée de la salle de séjour se trouve la salle de musique avec un piano, et surtout l'un des deux endroits du loft avec un lit double confortable (parfaitement adapté pour un adolescent ayant besoin de son propre espace). De l'autre côté de l'appartement se trouve une autre chambre avec deux lits simples, et en prime un second loft avec un lit double permettant d'accommoder pour un invité souhaitant de l’intimité. La deuxième salle de bain dispose d’une douche.

Lovely, spacious, bright, and charming, and conveniently located. Loved the nearby outdoor market, which we visited daily. Great cafes and restaurants nearby; Gare de Lyon was an easy walk from the apartment. We were 4 adults and two children--plenty of space for all of us. Concierge was generous and helpful and readily available to answer questions.

Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

I love the open plan of this apartment and the cute loft bed - it makes it spacious, relaxed, and very very fun. The apartment is quiet, but close to a lively market area and the awesome 'Promenade des Plantes', where I walked with my 5 year old son, it was really beautiful in July. We had a totally great time and the apartment has superb modern facilities. It is great for cooking and hanging out in. It also has good restaurants and cafes nearby, and it is easy to get to (not far from Gare de Lyon, one of the main train stations in Paris). I totally recommend this place.

Great location. Amazing neighborhood, very lively and Parisian. Coming from Geneva by train is very convenient because it is so close to Gare de Lyon. The place is spacious, very well equiped and stuningly well decorated. Our three little girls (5, 10 and 12) had great fun playing in the loft areas. We are planning on coming back for a longer stay.

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Stayed 5 days in this great appartment with my wife and two children (11 and 14). Flat configuration is perfect when you have teenagers as they can have their own space - you can feel that this place has been thought and designed by an architect ! The location within central Paris is of utmost convenience (very close to many tube stations, thus getting you to all main Parisian sight seeing places in minutes) ; the 'marché d'Aligre' is such a great place to shop French local food and wines ! Will definitely come back to this place next time I plan a holiday in Paris. Thanks !!

We enjoyed our stay in the loft apartment as a party of 3 adults and 3 teenagers. The apt has lots of space and the stay was well organised including a tour of the local area when we first arrived. Ideally located for trains to switzerland from gare du lyon.

The loft-apartment is located in a quiet courtyard, within walking distance to the Aligre Market, restaurants, neighborhood park with playground and the Metro. It is a well done contemporary styled renovation of the top floor of a former small factory building. The spaces are generous and well lit. It is equipped with a modern kitchen, a washing machine, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The custodian team and the owner were very nice. During our stay, they inquired several times to make sure everything was OK. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this property.
