Situation : Idéalement situé, la rue Saint Dominique et de la célèbre rue Cler sont juste au coin, et offrent une centaines de boulangeries, de chocolatiers, de cafés et de restaurants. De nombreux sites touristiques importants sont très proches, y compris la Tour Eiffel. La proximité des stations de taxis et de métro (Tour Maurbourg) rendent l’accès à Paris des plus faciles.

Description : Les mots "sophistiqué" et "élégant" sont souvent galvaudé, mais pas dans ce cas. Cet grand appartement de 3 pièces entièrement rénové est absolument magnifique. Décorée et restaurée par un architecte sachant exactement comment marier les meubles français du 20ème siècle aux caractéristiques architecturales du 18ème siècle (moulures à couper le souffle, planchers en chêne polis...).

Rendez vous au 2ème étage par l’ascenseur typiquement parisien, entrez dans un couloir immense et accueillant bordé d'oeuvres d'art contemporaines, découvrez votre immense salle de séjour lumineuse avec cheminée en marbre. Quatre ensembles de portes françaises s'ouvrent sur un balcon de la longueur de la salle de séjour qui offre deux canapés demi-lune, une table basse en marbre et une table à manger noire. Continuez à marcher vers un autre canapé d’angle confortable, vous verrez la deuxième, chambre plus petite (canapé-lit s'ouvrant en un lit queen size). La chambre principale est chaleureuse dans les tons blanc cassé avec une tête de lit rembourrée et des lampes de lectures basse tension de chaque coté du lit. Les deux chambres disposent chacune d’une grande fenêtre donnant sur une cour intérieure calme et d’une salle de bain complète avec baignoire et douche.

La cuisine a récemment été entièrement refaite avec un plan de travail en pierre et des appareils électroménager de grand standing incluant un lave linge et un sèche linge (rare à Paris). Une petite table de cuisine permet à tous les invités à partager le petit déjeuner ensemble en contemplant la jolie cour. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. En combinaison avec la proximité de la rue Cler (4 minutes), cet appartement est parfait pour les gourmets.

Un concierge personnel vous accueillera à votre arrivée, pour la remise des clés et la présentation détaillée de l'appartement, et se rendra disponible tout au long de votre séjour (24/7) pour toute question ou conseil. Un service de chauffeur de et vers l'aéroport est également disponible (le chauffeur vous attendra à la sortie de la douane avec une pancarte portant votre nom - 90€/1 ou 2 personnes par trajet). Pour bien commencer votre voyage, nous vous rencontrons directement à la douane, et votre chauffeur privé se coordonnera avec votre concierge qui vous attendra à votre appartement. Et pour les clients voyageant avec beaucoup de bagages, le tout sera livré à votre domicile par votre chauffeur !

Our stay at the Tour Maubroug apartment could not have been better!  From the minute we stepped into the apartment and I saw the red geraniums blooming in the window boxes I knew we were in a very special place. The apartment is exactly as described. It is elegant, beautiful and exceptionally furnished. The owners have fabulous taste and have spared no detail! From the herringbone wood floors and the the art on the walls to the fully equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms the apartment is perfect - as is it's location on the left bank!
In the 7th arrondissement the apartment is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, the Seine River, Invalides, and Musee Rodin. It is steps away from the metro and the fabulous market street Rue Cler. We shopped daily - with visits to the  boulangerie on Rue Jean Nicot, for bread and croissants,  the fromage  shop on Rue Cler for cheese, the deli for pâté, the wine shop and the produce stand for pears, figs and clementines. After very full days with lots and lots of walking we loved coming home in the evening to "our apartment!" Wine and cheese would await us at the end of our day and we knew we were within waking distance of wonderful restaurants, cafes and brasseries for late and delicious dinners.
What made our visit extra special, however, was the attention to the details of our particular trip by Marc Wolters - the personal concierge for the apartment. Marc arranged for a car to meet us at the train station, met us and thoroughly introduced us to the apartment. He then walked with us through the neighborhood the day we arrived making us feel completely at home.  It is apparent that Marc loves his city - and I now know why. Marc also pre-purchased our museum passes, transportation passes and train tickets, and a suggested itinerary for us - making decision making for each day super easy.
Suffice it to say that it is not a matter of if we will return to Paris and this apartment but when. Notre voyage a été merveilleux et l'appartement était magnifique!

This apartment is exactly as advertised. Beautiful decor, interesting art, Modern baths and kitchen, fully stocked w/coffee maker, tea press, you name it, its already there and it works! The location is beyond phenomenal. Staight from the front door a few blocks and you are under the Eiffel Tower, OR instead turn to the right from the front door and you are at the foot of the Champs Elysees. I could go on with these descriptions of how close everything is. Tons of small shops, bakeries and restaurants. We walked everywhere. Also was provided a written "how-to" and recommendations for restaurants etc which was much appreciated and spot on perfect. Your car service was wonderful. Very professional, waiting for us with a Jaguar and english speaking. Upon arrival at the apartment, Marc, concierge, was waiting for us and very graciously showed us everything and even called a tour group I had set up and confirmed our tour. My comfort level was soaring. This was my second short visit to Paris. My first was a wonderful hotel, but I may never stay in a hotel again. This was my first VRBO experience and this flat with the service provided makes VRBO look great! Cheerful, pleasant, honest, communicative, first class, comfortable. Thats how it felt from start to finish, from the time we were recieved at CDG airport until we were dropped off to head home. I might also add that its a great time to go to Paris. Cooler temps, smaller crowds. Thanks for everything, I cannot wait til I return to your Paris apartment.

Magnificent!! Elegant, stylish, while at the same time so very comfortable! For our 10 year anniversary my husband surprised me with a trip to Paris. We stayed at this wonderful apartment. We could not have asked for more. It is in the heart of so many shops, restaurants, markets and attractions!! All in walking distance. It is a must!

This apartment is absolutely wonderful. The furnishings and the total ambiance is so Parisian. It is in walking distance to quaint sidewalk cafes, shops, and of course the Eiffel Tower. We enjoyed walking the streets in this beautiful neighborhood where the architecture is so interesting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris and hope to return and stay once again in this particular apartment.

My husband and I have been to Paris several times but our last trip was by far the most memorable. Everything seemed to fall into place when we entered the door of this beautiful apartment. We've stayed at a number of different places on past trips but this apartment and it's location is wonderful. It is in walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants, museums and of course, the Eiffel Tower! It's georgous inside, has everything you need to make your stay amazing..........Enjoy!

No better way to live the vibe of Paris than this elegantly appointed apartment! Walkable to everything imaginable, 7th, Invalides, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, Quai Branly Museum-my most favorite. We stayed here for a week and enjoyed a true Parisian local feel. For the epicurians- your own kitchen, just steps to Rue Cler and near Bon Marche' food court. Comfortable and quiet. A real find, we would love to return again and again. After a full day walking, this feels like home, only better!

A true Parisian experience. I had the pleasure of spending 2 weeks in this delightful apartment in the heart of Paris. The location is terrific and we walked everywhere. The famous Rue Clair street market is a short stroll away and we would buy wonderful foodstuffs that we brought back to the apartment and enjoyed in the cozy kitchen dining area. Sitting there looking out the window to the courtyard was one of my most pleasant daily activities. The furnishings and decor are in impeccable taste creating an atmosphere of pure Parisian embience. The layout of the spaces affords guests privacy and personal space. I look forward to returning to Paris and again staying in this warm and inviting flat.

The pictures say it all....The apartment is fabulous. Furnished to perfection in such an elegant yet confortable feeling. The eat-in kitchen is a dream and well stocked for cooking if one desires. My wife and I loved the location..you could not ask for a better one. We would walk every evening to the Eiffel Tower and watch the lights go on at 10 p.m. The location to the susbway could not have been more convenient. Resturants were wonderful in the area. You always felt safe. As you can tell, we would rent the unit every time we return to Paris. It was a real find. ENJOY.....
